Illusion Ash Vertical Blind

This is the second time we have ordered from English Blinds and couldn't be happier. Excellent quality blinds. I recommended them to family who have also ordered from them. Always our first call for blinds.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Love the design of the blinds and much better as they say 'in the flesh'. Much different from the norm which makes them special. They are going into our new build house. Would shop with the company again as the service was good and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you.

The order was placed online and dealt with very efficiently. I had requested fabric swatches before this and they arrived the next day. We have purchased a number of blinds over the years and have found them to be extremely well made and accurate. They have stood up to a lot of use and even now are as good as new.
