My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Communication about the delay would have been appreciated but the blinds fit perfectly they are well made, and we didn't have to do anything other than clip the slats on. Extremely pleased and will be purchasing from them again.
