What a fantastic company! I actually ordered curtains with blackout linings, they arrived yesterday and are fabulous. Everything was so easy to do on the website, sizes, headings and lining. They only took 2 weeks to arrive, we're packaged beautifully and when hung had no creases. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
