We were notified when it went into production and when it would arrive. Can't fault the service. Very impressed with everything, especially the quality and measuring instructions. Arrived quickly as usual. Since Christmas, I have bought approximately 13 blinds of different sizes. They're straightforward to put up and look good when installed. Would definitely recommend them.
