Samples were sent promptly and further samples were sent when requested without fuss. The waterproof blind works well, covering a window by a shower. We are pleased that the blind looks really good and does as the website states. We would use English Blinds again and recommend them.

Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances.
