Instructions for ordering are very easy to follow, the blinds were delivered within the time advised and when the two parcels arrived, they were well packaged with no sign of any damage. Great company and quick dispatch. I ordered a new replacement blind for one damaged blind bought previously from another company. English Blinds sent me a FREE sample 1st class so I could match it up with the others to make sure the one I would be buying was exactly the same, and it was. I bought it online and it arrived via DPD about 5 days later. Excellent.
