Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!

We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone.
