Once English Blinds have accepted your cancellation/return request, Klarna will cancel any upcoming scheduled payments and issue refunds for any amounts already paid. The Klarna app will be updated immediately to reflect the return.
Klarna will attempt to automatically collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at English Blinds from the credit or debit card you used at the checkout. They'll attempt to collect the first payment on the scheduled due date. If that fails, Klarna will try again 2 days later. If the second attempt fails too, Klarna will send you a statement for the full remaining balance, which will be due 15 days from that date. They'll notify you two days before each scheduled payment, so you can monitor the dates in the Klarna app.
There are no fees or interest for missed or late payments. Using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product won't impact your credit score even if you have failed to pay on time. Missed payments mean you will be in default and may be unable to use Klarna for future purchases in the future. Klarna may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent due dates or separately invoice the total unpaid amount. As a last resort, Klarna may involve a debt collection agency to recover funds.

In the event that you have not received your blinds please contact English Blinds to check on your order progress and delivery status. You can always check on the status or your order here. As soon as English Blinds has registered and processed your cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
