Highly recommend these blinds. Delivery did not take long, and the product is of excellent quality. I was very pleased that the fixing brackets were metal. Much better than the cheap plastic ones supplied with DIY stores.

They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.
