One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. I was replacing a cut-to-size blind I bought from John Lewis and was (pleasantly) surprised that this made-to-measure one was only a few pounds more. It's well made and was easy to put up. The blind was well packed and the wrapping was a nice touch.
