Instructions for ordering are very easy to follow, the blinds were delivered within the time advised and when the two parcels arrived, they were well packaged with no sign of any damage. The wooden blinds have two strings to adjust them and are really nice and much better than the single string on the white blinds we bought from another company. The blinds look perfect and fit so well with my measurements.
