This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Really impressed with the quality of the wooden blinds we ordered. They came in good time, especially considering we ordered over the festive period.
