Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.
