Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Brilliant service. Quick response times and happy to accommodate amendments to orders. The website is well laid out and a lovely selection of blinds on offer. Blinds arrived very quickly and reverse-rolled as requested.
