Excellent customer service!
This is my second lot of blinds from The English Blind Company, and when I need to replace my next blinds, I will shop once more with them. Excellent, quick and efficient service and a good quality product that is well affordable. Their customer service department is second to none, proper “old-fashioned” service that few companies have nowadays, sadly! I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

English Blinds processed my requirement for a single piece 2050mm width Venetian blind perfectly. The site made it clear and simple what information was required. I did not have to use the customer support line. The varieties and colour shades available were fantastic. The Venetian blind arrived within the specified delivery time. It's worth the short wait for quality and value for money. Packaged well, fantastic quality, all the necessary brackets and support brackets for extra wide blinds were supplied, and easy-to-install instructions were provided. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend English Blinds.

What a price, what a service. When I bought the blind I was only looking for something cheap and cheerful that fitted. I honestly was not expecting what turned up for the price I paid. What arrived was sturdy, fitted like a glove even the instruction leaflet I was expecting a photocopy sheet, not a glossy manual. The blind itself looked so much more upper-end than the bargain basement. The delivery time within 4 days was more than acceptable. I absolutely 100 per cent recommend English Blinds.
The blinds arrived well packed and protected and the fitting was simple. This made-to-measure product is an excellent value for money and l highly recommend it.
