I received an excellent service from English Blinds. Ordered a blind for my kitchen online on Thursday evening, and it was delivered on Monday morning. Exactly what I ordered and very happy with the blind itself.
Friendly and helpful. Speedy delivery. When there was a problem with me measuring it wrong it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently.
Samples were sent promptly and further samples were sent when requested without fuss. The waterproof blind works well, covering a window by a shower. We are pleased that the blind looks really good and does as the website states. We would use English Blinds again and recommend them.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
Lovely quality product. Very pleased with the fabric design. Nice to find something a bit different to mainstream shops. The staff were very helpful when I followed up on delivery. Would recommend the company.
