We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!

I could not rate this service higher. It was absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to the lady who helped me on the phone and to all who delivered the goods exactly as ordered and correct in every way. The packaging was out of this world and how lovely to deal with such a great company. Well done to all concerned.
