The order procedure is really easy. The advice about measuring is excellent. The product looks even better than shown online. I would recommend this company. Ifwhen we want a blind they are the first company I go to. Sorry if this sounds a bit ott, but to be honest it is so nice to deal with a company who are so professional and reasonably priced. The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
