Have used EB before and the service was very good. Ordered again and found the same. Kept informed of progress and the order was delivered on time. All fit perfectly and the full fixing kit and instructions were in the box. My daughter recommended EB to me, and I have recommended them to others. I will certainly use them again.

Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Quality product at a good price
I made a mess ordering the blinds then the colours I ordered were no longer available and then the logistics company said they had delivered the blinds when they had not! Throughout, the team were polite and very helpful and when the blinds did arrive they were easy to put up and do what I wanted them to do. I recommend them
