I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Although initial delay in getting blinds to us, the quality is fantastic and they look great! Courier damaged one of our blinds, but English Blinds remade and delivered to us within a couple of days! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
